Be Intentional!

When we use our mind to create our future experiences we can travel past the outer reaches of this galaxy.  It is much like the devices we blast through the earth’s atmosphere and send off to “where no man has gone before.”  It is more than the exertion of energy that gets these devices to where they need to be.

The momentum of the energy which was initially exerted is enough to push these devices millions of miles away.  This is exactly how our thoughts of what we want or what we don’t want create our experiences.  With just a slight push our creative energy is carrying our thoughts into creation.  This is why we must intentionally set our itinerary.

Overtime we have become accustomed to using this universal law without control.  We have unknowingly created both what we want and what we don’t.  It is our emotions, which are our gage, which can keeps us from blowing our engines.  In this we must pay attention and stay away from the red line.

When we feel anger, frustration, worry and stress we are running inefficiently.  Here we have come to unintentionally send out the wrong signals to our onboard computer.  The engine is running ruff and if we are not careful we are going to blow it up.  What we must do is slow down, pull over, pop the hood and try to find the problem.  We wouldn’t want to buy a new engine simply because we didn’t notice a bad vacuum hose.

As we are still and take the time to find out why we feel bad, we are able to get things back to where they should be.  This is the place that we feel happy, in control, faithful and running at peak efficiency.  Our mind cannot make correct decisions while being plagued with negative emotions.  We will in most case draw a blank!

This is how it is with our vehicle’s onboard computer.  A disconnected vacuum hose will tell the computer to make the engine compensate for the loss of vacuum.  Now the cylinders are misfiring and other related parts are no longer working in unison.  If left uncorrected the problem will escalate and more problems will arise.

We must be calm, find out why we feel as we do and make a conscious decision to change those emotions in order to get to where we want to be.  In this we will only need to exert a minimum amount of energy to create the life of our dreams.  Be intentional!

  1. I agree, it is so important to monitor thought and feelings. Much better to be proactive than reactive. Know what you are working towards.

    1. This is so true. We just need to pust in the right direction. I love your wording “Proactive vs. Reative.” Thanks for stopping by.
