  As we concentrate on being who we are we become passionate about our being.  Passion is the soul’s recognition of God’s gift.  When we are using our God given talents and abilities we can’t help but to succeed. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
